The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), plays a crucial role in addressing and resolving complaints related to sexual harassment in the campus.
Disseminate information about the policy to all employees and students
Maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the complaint process to protect the privacy of the complainant and the respondent
Document all complaints received, including details of the incident, individuals involved, and the steps taken during the investigation
Implement interim measures to ensure the safety and well-being of the complainant and prevent any further harassment during the investigation
Monitor and review the effectiveness of preventive measures and policies related to sexual harassment.
Conducting an awareness campaign to promote a safe and respectful work environment.
